Terms and Conditions for The Ultimate Production Workshop

Please carefully review the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms") prior to purchasing a ticket for The Ultimate Production Workshop ("Workshop") organized by Golden Music Studios ("Golden Music Studios," "we," "us," or "our").

By purchasing a ticket for the Workshop, you agree to adhere to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from accessing the Workshop.

Ticket Purchase:

Tickets for the Workshop are available for purchase in advance.

Seating at the Workshop is on a first-come, first-served basis.

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise specified.

Golden Music Studios reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone without providing a reason.

Workshop Details:

The Workshop, named The Ultimate Production Workshop, will be held on June 15th, starting promptly at 8:00 AM local time, at the designated location. 11609 S Orange Blossom Trail Suite 204

Golden Music Studios reserves the right to alter the Workshop schedule.

Conduct:

Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards Workshop organizers, speakers, and fellow attendees.

Any disruptive behavior may result in expulsion from the Workshop without refund.

Intellectual Property:

All materials presented or distributed during the Workshop, including presentations, handouts, and recordings, are the intellectual property of Golden Music Studios or its licensors.

Participants are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or utilizing these materials for any purpose without prior written consent from Golden Music Studios.

Liability:

Participation in the Workshop is at the participant's own risk.

Golden Music Studios shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from or related to participation in the Workshop.

Personal Information:

By purchasing a Workshop ticket, participants consent to the collection and utilization of their personal information by Golden Music Studios for Workshop organization and implementation purposes.

Changes to Terms:

Golden Music Studios reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be immediately effective upon posting on the Golden Music Studios website.
